DELIVERY

How long will my card(s) take to arrive?

We are currently experiencing hig volumes of orders, as well as delays via the Royal Mail network.

Currently allow up to 8 working days for your card(s) to arrive

The majority of cards are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered free of charge to the UK within 5 working days.

I need a card in the next 3 days

Even using our express card service, with the current levels of delays in the postal network, we cannot deliver cards in less than 4 working days.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can post cards out worldwide. However due to the cost it can be expensive for just one card. We recommend ordering at least 3 cards

PERSONALISATION | How do I personalise my card?

You should be able to add your personalisation details /photos directly on the product page.

If this option is not available or not working, place your order and email Hello@BlackToMyRoots.co.uk quoting your order number and providing the personalisation detail/photo

DESIGN | Are the Cards blank inside?

Yes, unless specified the card is left blank. There is an option to add a personalised message on the inside. Select personalised message from the drop down menu
