  • As this blanket is personalised and made not for you it cannot be refunded unless it is faulty.
  • If you wish to see a mock up of your personalised blanket before it is processed, leave a comment Send me final design  in the Notes to Sellers box at checkout.
  • You will receive a mock-up of your chosen design/text to approve within 3 working days of placing your order - Check your inbox and/or junk mail
  • Check the final design/spelling and approve the final mock up.
  • Once the final design has been approved your order will be processed
  • NB. If no response to our email is received after 3 working days, your order will be processed EXACTLY as ordered.

    Orders are typically picked, processed and dispatched within 5 working days, via Royal Mail 48 Hour Standard Delivery or equivalent.

    Allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

    UK Standard delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £75.

    We accept card payments via MasterCard and Visa. You can also pay later with Clearpay (orders over £45), pay by PayPal, ApplePay or use your BTMR gift card.

    If additional items have been ordered, these may arrive in separate packages. .
