Personalising Your Cup

• Reply to your order confirmation attaching your file(s) to the email. Note files should be either JPG or PNG and 300dpi. Provide details of the text, date required. 
• Within 24 hours of your photo/personalisation information being received by us, we will email you a mock up of your cup from all 3 angles to be approved, or amended as required.
• Once the final design has been approved by you, your cup order will be processed.
• Estimated Delivery Time once order processed - 7 working days.
